I support women dealing with tension, weakness, interstitial cystitis, recurrent viral infections, pain, urinary issues, or chronic dysregulation tied to the pelvic bowl.

We work on nourishment, alignment, breath, hormone support, gentle movement, and emotional safety so the pelvic floor can finally soften and strengthen.

Menopause & Midlife Hormone Support

Midlife is a transition that requires support, clarity, and attunement.

I help women move through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with a softer, smarter approach that blends hormone education, nutrition, nervous system repair, and targeted functional strategies when needed.

We look at mood, sleep, bloating, fatigue, anxiety, food patterns, weight changes, HRT sensitivity, and the emotional layers that surface during this time. 

Healing Disordered Eating Patterns & Emotional Eating

I support women who want a new relationship with food — one rooted in regulation, safety, and inner stability.

No rigid rules. No pressure. No moralizing food.

Just returning to a body-led, gentle, sustainable relationship with nourishment.

We explore:

• binge/restrict cycles

• the fear of weight gain (or weight loss)
